Welcome to Valley Gas. The company was formed in 2020 to provide first-class heating and plumbing services to the south Wales area of Merthyr Tydfil, Ebbw Vale, Blackwood, Bargoed, and Tredegar. We are a family-run business and part of the local community. We aim to deliver a high standard of customer service with every job – you are in safe hands when you contact us.
We are Gas Safe registered. The Gas Safe register is the official list of engineers who are legally qualified to work on gas boilers, cookers, hobs, and fires. Being Gas Safe registered qualifies us to install, service, and repair gas boilers. It also means we can power flush heating systems, install underfloor heating and also issue CP12 Certificates (also known as Landlord Certificates).

Our regular opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
We can be contacted outside of these hours for emergency call-outs.

Our Services
We install, repair and service most make and models of boilers. We also power flush heating systems, add radiators to extensions, replace thermostats and fit heating controls. Our team is available to install and fix underfloor heating systems too.
Our team includes emergency plumbers available to repair leaking pipes, broken tanks, and seized stop cocks.
General plumbing is completed by our team including installing new bathrooms, repairing taps, and fixing showers. We unblock internal drains and repair toilets. We are also available to connect kitchen appliances to the water supply and drainage outlets.
For landlords, we can complete a Gas Safety inspection and issue a CP12 certificate.

The price we quote is the price you pay. We keep our rates highly competitive so you don’t overpay for the services we provide. Our extensive experience means we diagnose and resolve heating or plumbing problems swiftly while remaining conscious of the costs involved. We only use quality materials and parts so that all repairs last.
